Amazing arrangements. Delivery process was perfect as usual. Only suggestion is to refine how you alert people for pick ups, as each time I have done pick ups, with website ordering, the site says I will be receiving an email alerting me when the arrangement was complete but I have yet to receive such an email and usually end up picking up the arrangement just prior to store closure. It’s usually on a busy day so my phone messages are not returned. Perhaps just state on the website that same day arrangement will be available for pickup at a certain time.
