I had a bouquet delivered to my Mom for Mother's day - the bouquet arrived as promised on Sunday, and looked beautiful. It was full and the arrangement was nice, however it didn't contain any of the flowers that were pictured in the arrangement I ordered. Usually I wouldn't care, but I had ordered daisies because they're my Mom's favourite. I'm not sure if there was a shortage due to the pandemic, or it being Mother's day weekend, but I wish I had known this before so that I didn't spend so long carefully deciding which bouquet to order. I also wish the pricing was more upfront - I didn't expect $20 in additional fees once getting to the payment page. During usual times, this would have deterred me from ordering and I would have gone out to buy a bouquet myself, however given the circumstances this year I couldn't. Still giving 4 stars because my mom loved them and that's what matters, but I wanted to pass on my thoughts as well!
