I ordered a beautiful Christmas center piece for a friend that lost a loved one a few days prior. I always ask for a picture of the flowers my friends get from me. When I saw it I was so disappointed. It was nothing like the picture of what I thought I was getting. It was completely lame. It had no candles which I specifically chose so my friend could light them in memory of her sister. I was embarrassed. I contacted the flower shop and I did get a response very quickly. They apologized that they had run out of pretty much everything. The owner called personally to apologize and let me know that she had processed a refund. Issues arise during the busy holiday season. It was refreshing to see such care and attention to customer service. I would definitely order again from this local shop. I was very impressed.

Well, the table arrangement was beautiful but it was MISSING the two candles which is disappointing. This was for Christmas Eve dinner which is very traditional. So unfortunately I told my friend to put a couple of candles herself. Delivery was quick.

My dad loved the flowers and was so grateful but my mom had a sudden passing. Thanks for helping me give comfort to my dad.
