The flowers are lovely and fortunately Drusilla was able to be contacted. The delivery driver had the incorrect address which doesn’t make sense as the address was correct on the invoice and was confirmed in the morning when Burlington Flowers contacted her. So I’m not sure how that happened. Also the communication from the store was confusing as I received an email saying it was out for delivery then I received one saying it was being prepared and then another couple of emails saying it was out for delivery,
